Actually the problem with printers that use CISS is a classic problem that often arises with users.

No normal printer that uses CISS when printing is usually caused by several factors including:

  • Printer Head dry due to rarely use
  • The ink cartridge is blocked
  • Dry Ink

With so clear printer performance will not be normal and produce imperfect writing or images, for the first suggestion the printer must be used 1 print sheet per day so that the flow of ink to the printer head continues to be normal and not dry. Problems like the above can occur in all types of printers, both Epson printers, Canon printers and other printers. For other problems that are considered heavy, please continue on How to Fix Printer Ink Jam and Clogged Due to Dry / Cold below.

How to fix a jammed and clogged printer ink due to dry / cold for jammed ink.

Please enter the Print menu and then look for the menu labeled Maintenance. well there, please do your "Cleaning" a number of 5-7x in a row (no Print Nozzle Check) specifically for ink jammed out. For example the jam is black ink so please specify only the black color, but if the jam is the ink color (whatever the color), then please specify the color only.
At this time, please examine finally with the Print Nozzle Check, and if it still does not come out smoothly, please repeat the system at number 1 again.
 After.

Nozzle Check results look smooth and unlined, then congratulations your printer can be used again. Hehehe

Note:
- Cleaning system will consume ink so you want to pay attention.
- If in fact you have repeated the system number 1 to 3x but the ink has not come out as well, then chances are your cartridge has been really deadlocked and you must remove the cartridge and soak it in warm water.

For ink that has leaked or smudged when printing

Please print the Alignment first on the Maintenance menu.
In my problem this alignment system can really avoid the occurrence of excessive blobor so that the results will be normal later.
After that you try to do Print Nozzle Check, if the ink comes out smoothly and does not blobor then you have success. But if it still exists, do Print Alignment again on system number 1.
Note:
The Print Alignment system is also sufficiently optimal to work 3 times only, if it still fails, the best step is to turn off your printer for about 3 hours and then please test again. Keep the ink tank level with the printer so that the ink position does not look for lower areas and the ink does not continue to flow.

To fix a stuck / dry printer head
1. First you prepare a bowl that has a size of approximately 200 ml and make sure the bowl is clean of dust or food cling.
2. After that, fill the bowl with 1 tablespoon of alkoholl, one drop of soap, clean the liquid plate, then you stir it until it's completely flat. Well, our cleaning solution is used to clean the print head.
3. Dip a little cotton into the cleaning solution, then store it in a jammed print head that we will fix. This cleaning solution will break the blockage on the jammed and blocked print head.
4. The final step is to wipe the print head with clean cotton or a dry cloth. Well .. the print head is ready to be tried for the printing system again.

Note:
Do the tutorial above so that the print head is completely unobstructed and can print properly and normally again, if you have done so many times, in fact the print head continues to not print properly then your print head is confirmed to have been permanently damaged and must be exchanged for the new one.
